Bobby Manning was born in Monroe, Louisiana on July 10, 1971. He was admitted to the Louisiana bar in 1997. He received is B.S. in Business Finance in 1993 from Louisiana Tech University. He received his J. D. from Southern University Law Center in 1997.
Mr. Manning is a member of the Louisiana Trial Lawyer's Association, American Trial Lawyer's Association, Louisiana State Bar Association, Fourth Judicial District Bar Association, and the Judge Fred Fudicker, Jr. American Inn of Court.
